30-Day Damage-Free Mold Replacement Guarantee
Every resin mold sold by CrazyMold is covered by our guarantee. If you experience any manufacturing defects or damages from regular use within the first 30 days of receiving your product, we will replace it free of charge. To claim your replacement, send us an email with your order number and photographs of the damage. We cover all shipping costs for the replacement product.
