Q: When Will My Order Ship?

A: Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2 working days of purchase.

Q: How Long Does Shipping Take?

A: Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is about 7 to 16 working days. Your tracking number will be updated 2-3 days after your order has been shipped.

Affected by COVID-19, In unforeseen circumstances, our delivery time may be 5-7 days longer than usual. Of course we will notify you by email as soon as this happens.

Q: How Do I Cancel An Order?

A: We are only able to cancel orders within the first 24 hours after the order is placed. After that, the order has most likely been processed and is preparing for shipment or has been shipped. 

Q: What Is Your Return Policy?

A: If there’s something wrong with your order (defective product, incorrect order, damaged order, etc.), please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order and we’ll be happy to assist you in reviewing the case and if it is approved we will be sending a replacement. Q: What Methods of Payment Do You Accept?

A: We currently only accept payments through PayPal, and we will be working on connecting more payment channels in the future.

Q: If there are bubbles how can I get them out? Can I use the pipettes?

A: When mixing resin Stir slowly in one direction until absolutely no swirls are seen, scrape sides and bottom thoroughly. The more slowly you stir, the less bubbles appear.(Time:5-6minutes)，If there are bubbles, you can use a pipette.The process of making resin molds is fun.

Q: Are these easy to clean?

A: The molds are pretty easy to clean，Wash with soap and warm water，After washing to dry，away from direct sunlight ,dust and fire.

Q: What about the durability and toughness of the mold? Is it easy to demold?

A: Our Crzaymold's resin mold is made of good quality silicone, moderate thickness, tear-resistant, durable, easy to clean, easy to demold, even for newers, there is no problem at all.

Tips: Please wait until the resin is completely cured before taking it off, inferior resin or the resin with too high temperature will easily destory the mold and make it difficult to demold. Therefore, please use a higher quality resin.

Q: I'm thinking of trying this, but new to resin art.Is this all I need?
