Shipping Policy

Upon receiving your order, we'll process it within 1-4 business days before it's dispatched from our warehouse. Unless there is an individual out-of-stock item that needs to be produced temporarily, which is usually within 24 hours. We ship worldwide. Here are the estimated shipping times for some common destinations:

Estimated delivery time = order processing time + shipping time

If you haven't received your order within the estimated time after dispatch, please contact us via email. As compensation, CrazyMold will provide you with a $10 gift card. TAX AND DUTIES

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on the Checkout page. Make sure you select your location to view the correct local market pricing, delivery times and shipping costs.

We ship to all locations on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price.
